Fatiha Wagner Head of Luxembourg office

Fatiha joined INTERNOS S.à r.l. (formerly GPT Halverton S.à r.l.) in Luxembourg in September 2008 and set up the Luxembourg subsidiary in October 2008. Fatiha plays a key role in managing company secretarial and legal related matters and shares joint responsibility for management of the office.

Fatiha started her career in 2002 with Modern Treuhand Trust Services, department of Banque Invik S.A., Luxembourg, where she was responsible for the domiciliation, compliance and day-to-day legal management of holding companies. In 2004, Fatiha joined Ernst & Young, Luxembourg within the Corporate Support, Compliance and Domiciliation Department. She then moved in mid-2007 to Fiduciaire F. Winandy & Associés S.A., Luxembourg where she was responsible for the management of holding companies. Consequently, Fatiha possess a wealth of knowledge in relation to the set up of legal structures, liquidation, domiciliation, day-to-day legal management and compliance of holding entities.

Fatiha holds a Master Degree in L.E.A. (Foreign Languages applied to Economics, Management, Accounting, Finance, Corporate Law & International Trade) specialised in Business Administration and Trade at the University of Metz, France. She also followed the FCP Legal Officer career path trainings with IFBL in 2009. She is a French citizen.
